Yes. EG Tooling offers injection mold manufacturing and plastic injection molding as separate services. You can order a production mold for use at your own facility or with another molding supplier. Mold specifications, machine compatibility, and delivery requirements will be reviewed before production.
- How do I know whether my project needs a new mold?

Custom plastic parts generally require an injection mold. If you already have a suitable mold, we can review its compatibility with your production requirements. For prototypes or small quantities, alternative manufacturing methods may also be considered. Send us your part drawings and expected quantity, and we can help you evaluate the options.
- Who owns the mold after it is made?

Mold ownership, storage, maintenance, and transfer arrangements are defined in the agreed project terms. Please discuss your ownership and handover requirements with our team before placing an order.
- Will you sign an NDA?

- Can I request a quote without a complete 3D model?

Yes. You can send available 2D drawings, sketches, reference photos, or physical sample information for an initial discussion. A complete 3D model may be required for accurate tooling evaluation and final quotation, depending on the project.

Depending on the service, they may cover mold manufacturing costs, tooling specifications, material selection, part pricing, production quantities, and applicable inspection or delivery requirements.
